Caring for your most meaningful investments while you're away

Managing Legacy Properties in Bozeman, MT

We don't just care for your property...we make it better.

Caring for your property isn’t just about making sure the pipes don’t freeze while you’re away—it means actively analyzing and inspecting every aspect of your home’s most vulnerable points and proactively improving them before an issue arises.

As a team of experienced high-end custom-home builders, we understand how high-end legacy properties are built and what it takes to maintain them.
Your average property management company simply isn’t equipped to deal with the complexity of high-end properties. We’ve spent over 25 years building custom homes just like yours, so we know how to identify and solve any issue before damage occurs, ensuring your property remains in perfect condition while you’re away.

The proper care and maintenance for one of your largest investments shouldn’t be left to chance. Our years of working with and developing relationships with contractors in the area means any maintenance or remodeling work on your home or property is done only by the most skilled and trusted professionals in the industry—and in a timely manner.
